Linda Elkins – Medieval Style Book Binding October 5th, 9-4:00
Make a leather covered medieval style book. Your book will be made with water color paper or a mix of papers and/or colors. Because of the design and binding you will be able to open it flat from any place in your book. Keeping the book closed can be as simple as a leather strap or a unique piece of “hardware”, a fancy button, or knots that you create.
Instructor will supply the leather for your book and piercing punch: Supplies you will need are available at local hobby stores. Some beads, buttons, and buckles will also be available.
